Position: Law Research Intern

As a Law Research Intern, the Exchange Participant will be part of a research‑oriented program focused on building a strong foundation in legal principles and their practical application. Key activities include supporting legal research, assisting in drafting legal documents and case summaries, contributing to studies on compliance and regulatory frameworks, and analyzing court proceedings or client interactions where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on cases, laws, and regulations as part of structured research activities.
• Assist in drafting and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and case summaries within a research framework.
• Support research on compliance and regulatory practices.
• Review and organize legal files and documentation for analysis and record‑keeping.
• Assist in case preparation and legal analysis from a research perspective.
• Observe and analyze court proceedings and client consultations (where applicable) for research insights.
• Support research in corporate and business law matters.
• Research updates in laws, policies, and legal frameworks for academic and practical understanding.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and legal notes to present research findings.
• Collaborate on legal research projects and case studies.
