As a Business Administration Research Intern, the Exchange Participant will be part of a research-oriented program focused on developing core management and analytical skills within the modern business environment. Key activities include supporting research in business operations, assisting in market research and data analysis, contributing to studies across domains such as finance, marketing, HR, and e-commerce, and engaging in case-based research and business simulations. The participant will also gain exposure to business analytics, strategic management, and decision-making processes through research-driven projects and analytical assignments. Through this role, the participant will develop the ability to communicate insights effectively, understand business and economic frameworks, apply problem-solving and decision-making approaches, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a research context, preparing them for future careers in business management, consulting, and corporate environments.
