The role includes preparing drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants, and supporting design development through implementation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Landscape Architecture and strong CAD/visualization

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Landscape Architect role based in Noida. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing concept and detailed landscape designs, including site layouts, grading, and planting schemes for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants, and participating in design reviews to refine project direction. The role involves site visits, assessment of existing conditions, and supporting project execution from design development through implementation. The Landscape Architect will also contribute to material selection, sustainability considerations, and documentation to ensure designs are buildable, functional, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop comprehensive Landscape Planning and Landscape Design concepts that respond to site context and project requirements.
• Practical skills in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture, including translating design intent into detailed construction documentation.
• Proficiency in creating accurate and aesthetically strong Planting Plans, with understanding of plant species, climate, and maintenance needs.
• Strong skills in CAD and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite) for drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, site planning standards, and local regulations relevant to landscape projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced design environment.
