Job summary

Urban & Landscape Design Studio in Bengaluru is seeking a Landscape Architect with 1-5 years of experience. You will design landscape spaces, prepare construction drawings, and coordinate with clients from concept to GFC on large-scale projects.

The role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, ability to lead a project team, and to produce detailed BOQs and tender documentation. Mon-Fri, collaborative environment, competitive salary.

Qualifications

• M.Arch in Landscape Architecture (1–3 years) or B.Arch in Landscape Design (1–5 years) required.
• Proficient in landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
• Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design ability with understanding of landscape spaces and planting.
• Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
• Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Qualifications:
