Job summary

Urban & Landscape Design Studio in Bengaluru is seeking a Landscape Architect with 1-5 years' experience. The role involves designing landscape spaces, coordinating with clients and project teams, and delivering documentation through concept to GFC.

You will prepare BOQs and cost estimates, oversee construction, and mentor the team. Monday to Friday work week with emphasis on design excellence and collaborative execution.

Qualifications

• M.Arch in Landscape Architecture or B.Arch with 1-5 years in landscape design.
• Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender docs, and BOQs for large projects.
• Software skill: AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 etc.

Responsibilities

• Design landscape spaces with understanding of planting and spaces.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent.
• Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver documentation per stages.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates; oversee construction to retain design intent.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team; foster collaboration and innovation.
• Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

Qualifications:

• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
