Job summary

NOV in India is seeking a Production Technician to perform TPM inspections, fiberglass lamination, resin handling, and curing processes. You will inspect products, maintain tooling, and ensure traceability records are complete.

The role requires basic technical education and ability to work in a manufacturing environment with safety and 5S standards. On-site position with wide practical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PMR qualification or technical/vocational diploma (or equivalent).
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety protocols.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to operate basic tools and machinery.
• Capable of physical tasks and repetitive labor in hot, dusty, wet, and noisy environments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
• Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to carry physical works.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
