Responsibilities

• Operate solvent-based and solventless lamination machines
• Set machine parameters: speed, temperature, tension, pressure, coating
• Handle film rolls and carry out job changeovers
• Achieve production targets with quality
• Conduct basic quality checks and identify lamination defects
• Troubleshoot bubbles, wrinkles, silvering, adhesion, curling
• Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S and safety standards
• Maintain production records and handover details
• Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance, quality and production teams
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures

CTC - 2.7 - 4.5 LPA ( Depends on Interview & Experience)

Role - Lamination Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate solvent-based and solventless lamination machines.
• Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, tension, pressure and coating.
• Handle film rolls, raw materials and carry out job changeovers.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Conduct basic quality checks and identify lamination defects.
• Troubleshoot common issues such as bubbles, wrinkles, silvering, poor adhesion and curling.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S and safety standards.
• Maintain production records, machine parameters, wastage and shift handover details.
• Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Production teams.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and packaging quality standards.

Preferred Candidate

• 3-8 years of experience in flexible packaging, lamination or relevant manufacturing/converting industry.
• Hands-on experience with lamination machines will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates looking for long-term career commitment with the organization will be preferred.
• Willingness to work and grow in the packaging industry.
