Job summary

Audax Protective Fabrics Pvt Ltd in Silvassa is seeking a Lamination Machine Operator to run solvent-based/solventless laminators, ensure proper adhesive mixing, coating, temperature and pressure, and adhere to SOPs.

You will monitor quality, minimize wastage, troubleshoot issues, record processes, and follow 5S and safety practices while maintaining consistent productivity.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in a relevant trade
• Experience in lamination machines preferred
• Knowledge of adhesive mixing/coating processes
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Operate solvent-based/solventless lamination machines with correct adhesive mixing, coating, temperature, pressure and settings.
• Maintain quality, minimize wastage and downtime, perform checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow SOPs, 5S and safety practices, and maintain process records.
