Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in India is seeking an experienced LabWare specialist to lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES across laboratory and quality environments. You will gather requirements, design scalable master data workflows, and develop automation scripts for streamlined operations.

You will drive compliance, data migration, validation, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Agile delivery teams, delivering robust integrations and reporting

Qualifications

• LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementation, configuration, customization, and support with 4–9 years of experience.
• Proficiency in LIMS Basic Scripting, MethEX, master data management, calculations, automation scripts, and message engine.
• Experience in Sample Lifecycle Management, Lot Management, Analysis Configuration, Product and Project Setup.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, query tags, access routines, instrument integration, data migration, and system interfaces.
• Agile delivery, stakeholder management, problem solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role

• Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES solutions for laboratory and quality management environments.
• Gather business and laboratory requirements and design scalable solutions including master data, workflows, calculations, automation scripts, and integrations.
• Configure and support Sample Lifecycle Management, Lot Management, Message Engine, and instrument integrations to enable efficient laboratory operations.
• Drive compliance, data migration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Agile delivery teams.

Your Profile

• LabWare Expertise :4 to 9 years of experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
• Development Configuration: LIMS Basic Scripting, MethEX Module, Master Data Management, Calculations, Automation Scripts, and Message Engine.
• Laboratory Operations: Sample Lifecycle Management, Lot Management, Analysis Configuration, Product and Project Setup.
• Reporting Integration: Crystal Reports, Query Tags, Access Routines, Instrument Integration, Data Migration, and System Interfaces.
• Professional Skills: Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Communication, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
