Job summary

Litens Automotive is seeking a Lab Technician on a contract basis at the Bengaluru site. You will set up and operate lab equipment for electrical tests, assist EMI/EMC activities, and support external labs as needed.

The role requires PCB inspection, soldering and basic report preparation, with strict adherence to ESD safety and 5S practices in a 5-day office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB inspection, soldering, rework and sample preparation.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, DMMs and power supplies.
• Capable of recording test data and maintaining calibration records.
• Knowledge of ESD safety, lab safety and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

Lab Technician-Contract

Location: IWF Campus , Survey.No.192, Whitefield Main Rd, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048

5-Days office

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laboratory equipment for electrical and hardware testing.
• Assist engineers with EMI/EMC testing activities, including coordination with and support for external testing laboratories.
• Perform basic PCB inspection, soldering, rework and sample preparation.
• Record test data, maintain test reports, calibration records and laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ESD safety, lab safety procedures and 5S standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in PCB inspection, soldering, rework and sample preparation.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies and other laboratory equipment.
• Ability to record test data, prepare basic reports and maintain calibration records.
• Knowledge of ESD safety, lab equipment maintenance and 5S practices.
