Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate I – Lab Support to assist warehouse and lab operations, manage inventory, and support audits across bonded and silicon environments.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, source vendors, and ensure data accuracy in master data management while upholding UST's values of integrity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management experience.
• Master Data Management exposure preferred.
• Vendor Management experience beneficial.

• ODC movements' Stock Tracking.

• Replenishment: Analyze sales data and seasonal trends to place timely purchase orders.
• Supplier Management: Source vendors, negotiate cost-effective deals, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Audits and Reconciliations: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock matches system records.
