HealthMap Diagnostics Pvt Ltd in Kolhapur is seeking a capable Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lab functions, ensure quality control, and maintain strict regulatory compliance across all testing activities.

You will supervise junior staff, coordinate with clinical teams, drive efficient workflows, and ensure accurate reporting of results with attention to detail and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Clinical Pathology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, lab management, lab procedures, pathology principles, and supervision techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
