Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a senior laboratory informatics specialist with 8-10 years of experience in MySQL and Core Java to support Chromeleon CDS and ELN platforms.

You will lead validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensure GMP/GLP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance, collaborate with QA/QC and IT, and drive improvements in data migration, upgrades, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in lab informatics or related field.
• Strong MySQL and Core Java proficiency.
• Experience with Chromeleon CDS and ELN platforms.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chromeleon CDS systems across lab environments.
• Administer ELN platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and IT to gather requirements.
• Ensure GMP/GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher) systems across laboratory environments
• Administer and maintain Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Perform system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, documentation, and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11
• Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system-related issues
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems (LIMS, ERP, etc.)
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support
• Drive continuous improvements in lab informatics systems and processes
