Job summary

Gem Technologies in Sahnewal, Punjab seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QC lab, supervise testing, and approve bulk raw materials and finished batches, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

The role drives ISO 9001 compliance, upholds safety rules, monitors quality specifications, and optimizes lab workflow to sustain efficient, high‑quality manufacturing operations.

A BSc or MSc in Chemistry is required; prior experience in quality control is preferred.

Qualifications

• A chemistry degree is required.
• Experience in quality management desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control lab operations and ensure compliance.
• Quality manager for QC team and testing workflow.
• Review bulk raw materials and finished batches for approval.
• Ensure adherence to quality specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor ISO 9001 requirements and maintain lab efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Position serves as a Quality manager of Quality control team.
2. 2.Candidate will provide back up for testing and approving bulk raw materials and finished batches of products.
3. 3.Other responsibilities include adherence to quality specifications, compliance to safety rules and regulations.
4. 4.This position oversees the lab workflow, and helps maintain efficiency of manufacturing operations.
5. 5.Candidate is expected to monitor and execute requirements by ISO 9001 Quality management system.
