Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests and chemical analysis of sugar plant samples.

Analyze juice, syrup, massecuite, molasses, and sugar samples.

Monitor process parameters and maintain product quality as per standards.

Perform routine chemical testing, including Brix, Pol, purity, and sucrose analysis.

Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.

Coordinate with production and process teams to ensure consistent sugar quality.

Ensure proper handling of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.

Support quality control activities throughout the sugar manufacturing process
