Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Mechanical or related trade (or fresh B.Sc./B.Tech with hands-on hobby experience).
• Basic soldering and hand-tools; comfort with spreadsheets and inventory software.
• Organized, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to travel for field trials across India.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab inventory: components, tools, batteries, spares—tracking, ordering, stocking, and organizing.
• Maintain lab equipment (3D printers, soldering stations, test benches, chargers) and enforce lab safety practices, especially LiPo handling.
• Assist engineers with UAV assembly, soldering, wiring, and bench testing.
• Prepare and pack equipment for field trials; travel with the team to trial sites and provide on-ground support (setup, charging, logistics, basic repairs).
• Maintain records: asset registers, battery logs, maintenance logs, and trial checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors and couriers for procurement and shipments.

Location: New Delhi (on-site) | Company: Defence-tech startup building autonomous UAV systems for the Indian Armed Forces — GNSS-denied navigation, edge autopilots, swarm coordination, tactical and heavy-lift UAVs.

Note: All roles involve work on defence programmes. Indian citizenship is required. Roles involve periodic travel to field trial locations (Army/Navy establishments across India).
