Job summary

HR Hai in New Delhi, Delhi is seeking an L2 IT Support specialist to join our tech operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, manage ServiceNow tickets, and perform RCA for recurring incidents to keep SLA commitments.

The role requires Windows/Linux knowledge, Active Directory experience, and a solid grounding in networking fundamentals. This is an on-site, full-time position with weekend offs and PF benefits.

• Active Directory experience.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting & RCA skills.
