Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking an experienced L2 Production Support professional for data and analytics platforms in Delhi. You will handle break-fix, incident resolution, and escalation, administering BI tools, Snowflake/DBT, and data pipelines.

The role requires strong SQL/Python, ITIL-aligned processes, and the ability to work in a 24x7 rotation with cross-team collaboration. You'll ensure platform health, monitor pipelines, and contribute to RCA and preventive action activities, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in data platform production support.
• Hands-on admin experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong Snowflake and DBT experience.
• Experience with AWS and data integration tools like Fivetran / AWS Glue.
• Good knowledge of Apache Airflow.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow for Incident/Problem/Change.
• Proven 24x7 rotational support experience.
• Strong RCA, incident management and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for data and analytics platforms.
• Perform production break-fix, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation management.
• Administer Tableau and/or Power BI including access, data sources, and refresh issues.
• Support Snowflake and DBT environments including pipeline issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines using Fivetran, AWS Glue, and Airflow.
• Analyze/resolving issues with SQL and Python.
• Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Participate in RCA, problem management, and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, infra, and support teams.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes via ServiceNow.
• Follow ITIL and production support processes.
• Provide support in 24x7 rotational environment.
• Maintain operational docs and knowledge articles.

• Analyze and resolve issues using SQL and Python.
• Manage platform stability, availability, performance, and operational health.
• Participate in RCA, problem management, and preventive action activities.
• Work with application, data engineering, infrastructure, and other support teams for issue resolution.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes through ServiceNow.
• Follow defined ITIL and production support processes.
• Provide support in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
• Maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in L2 Data Platform / Production Support.
