Job summary

Xtranet Technologies in Bhopal is hiring an L2 Network Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing and switching to join our IT services team. You will diagnose complex network issues, implement fixes, and ensure high availability of our client networks.

Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, coordinating with L3 teams, and supporting SD-WAN, routers, switches and firewalls.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing and switching
Experience diagnosing and correcting complex network issues
Familiarity with SD-WAN, routers, switches and firewalls and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure high availability
Monitor network performance and coordinate with L3 teams
Support SD-WAN, routers, switches and firewalls and participate in troubleshooting across layers
