Job summary

Techsec Digital Global Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Fresher / Entry-level L1 PAM / IAM Security Engineer to support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and administration of PAM, DAM, and IAM in enterprise environments.

You will work with Information Security, SOC, Infrastructure, IAM teams to ensure identity and access processes run smoothly, following SOPs and escalation procedures.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 0–2 years in IT/IAM/PAM/security operations.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, or identity concepts.
• Knowledge of PAM, IAM, and DAM concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and administration in PAM/DAM/IAM.
• Assist in user access provisioning and de-provisioning under supervision.
• Monitor privileged accounts and access activities per SOPs.
• Coordinate with IAM, SOC, and security teams.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams and assist in incident handling.

(L0 / L1) Security Engineer - PAM / DAM/IAM

We are looking for a Fresher / Entry-level L1 PAM / IAM Security Engineer to support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and administration activities related to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) in enterprise environments.

The role involves assisting in user access management, privileged account operations, monitoring activities, and basic security support tasks under supervision.

The engineer will work closely with Information Security, SOC, Infrastructure, Application, and IAM teams to ensure smooth execution of identity and access-related processes while following standard SOPs and escalation procedures.

Experience Required

• 0–2 years of experience in IT / IAM / PAM / Security Operations
  
• Freshers with basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, or identity concepts are encouraged to apply

• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM/vendor support when required
  
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and runbooks
  
• Follow security policies, procedures, and change management guidelines
  
• Support 24/7 rotational shift operations
