Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior Kyriba implementation expert in Kolkata to lead end-to-end treasury solutions, including Cash Management, Payments and connectivity. You will design workflows, configure formats, and ensure secure data exchange with banks and ERPs.

Qualifications

• Kyriba knowledge across Cash Management, Payments and Connectivity.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, bank connectivity and data mapping.
• Experience with ERP-to-TMS integration and reports development.
• Ability to advise on best practices in treasury processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba implementations incl. Payment Factory and treasury modules.
• Configure and maintain Kyriba payment formats; ensure global compliance.
• Oversee bank connectivity incl. SWIFT, H2H, APIs; secure data exchange.
• Design, configure and optimize payment workflows and approvals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment/communication issues and integrations.
• Support data migration and manage static/transactional data.
• Enable KyribaERP integration with SAP S/4HANA/Oracle and others.
• Develop reports and dashboards for cash forecasting and analytics.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and optimization.
• Provide end-user training, documentation and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, security and compliance.

Your Role

• Kyriba Implementation & Configuration: Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Kyriba''s Payment Factory and related treasury modules, including Cash Management, Payments, Bank Account Management, and Connectivity.
• Payment Format Management: Implement and maintain payment formats within the Kyriba platform, ensuring compliance with global financial standards and bank requirements.
• Bank Connectivity & Integration: Oversee and improve bank connectivity, including SWIFT, Host-to-Host, and API integrations, and ensure secure data exchange with financial institutions.
• Workflow Design & Optimization: Design, configure, and optimize payment approval processes and workflows, incorporating additional approvals if required.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payment and communication challenges, configuration issues, and integration problems to maintain seamless treasury operations.
• Data Management: Support data migration, ensure accuracy of static and transactional data, and build and manage static data (entities, bank accounts, counterparties).
• System Integration: Enable integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and other financial applications using Kyriba''s connectivity protocols.
• Reporting & Analytics: Improve reporting tools and processes to support cash forecasting, monitor payment activity, and develop dashboards using Kyriba''s Business Analytics features.
• Best Practices & Advisory: Advise clients on best practices in payment processing, financial transactions, and liquidity management leveraging Kyriba tools.
• Training & Documentation: Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support, guiding clients on Kyriba best practices and optimization strategies.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements , and security standards.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. Your Skills

• Kyriba Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Kyriba modules, particularly Cash Management, Payments, Bank Account Management, Reporting and Connectivity.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of payment systems, cash pooling, bank connectivity, file transmission protocols (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, SFTP), encryption methods, and digital certificates.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, liquidity management, and financial processes.
• Integration Skills: Experience with ERP-to-TMS integration and data mapping.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for complex business and technology scenarios.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, with experience in full-cycle implementations.
• Certifications: Kyriba certifications in Cash Management, Payments, and Connectivity are highly valued, if not required.
