Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant in India to optimize and expand the Coupa procurement environment, with a focus on Risk Assess and core P2P functions. You will bridge technical and functional needs, build integrations, and deliver analytics and enhanced reporting.

The role requires strong experience in Coupa CRA, API integrations, and supplier workflows, plus familiarity with ERP integrations and automation tools to streamline procurement operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant across core P2P, S2P, and contract lifecycle management processes.
• Specialized Coupa Expertise: CRA, Spend Guard, Smart Forms, Approvals, and the Coupa Data Model.
• API & Middleware Integration: Coupa API integrations, MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, and major ERPs.
• Advanced Reporting & SQL: Coupa reporting, Insights, BI tools, and SQL for procurement data analysis.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Debug Coupa API logs and work with Coupa Support.
• Supplier Workflows: Manage Coupa Supplier Portal & Enablement workflows.
• Process Automation: Familiar with RPA tools for procurement automation.
• Certifications & Soft Skills: Coupa Platform Administration or Technical Integration cert preferred.

The Role

Your Role: We are looking for an experienced Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Coupa Risk Assess (CRA) to maintain, optimize, and expand our Coupa Procurement environment. In this position, you will bridge technical design and functional configuration across key modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Inventory, Contracts, and CRA. You will design system enhancements, build custom reporting, resolve technical issues, and partner with internal business teams and Coupa Support to ensure optimal platform performance, reliability, and user experience.

What you will do

• Drive System Optimization: Support, enhance, and scale the Coupa Procurement environment, specializing in Coupa Risk Assess (CRA) and core P2P/S2P modules.
• Bridge Technical & Functional Needs: Translate business requirements into robust system configurations, smart forms, approval workflows, and custom fields.
• Build Integrations & Workflows: Design and maintain Coupa API integrations and middleware connections (MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic) with enterprise ERPs.
• Develop Custom Analytics: Leverage Coupa Advanced Reporting, Insights, and SQL querying to deliver actionable procurement and financial data reports.
• Manage Platform Issues: Troubleshoot system bugs, analyze API logs, and partner with Coupa Support to ensure seamless system performance.
• Streamline Supplier Operations: Oversee Supplier Enablement workflows and manage configurations within the Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Enhance System Capabilities: Design, test, and deploy platform enhancements, custom reports, and automated process improvements.
• Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with cross‑functional business teams, technical leads, and vendors to streamline procurement operations.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to debug Coupa API logs, resolve technical issues, and partner with Coupa Support.
• Supplier Workflows: Hands‑on experience managing the Coupa Supplier Portal and Supplier Enablement workflows.
• Process Automation: Familiarity with RPA tools for procurement process automation.
• Certifications & Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with Coupa Platform Administration or Technical Integration certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with D365 F&O;, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Cloud Procurement alongside Coupa.
• Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools for process automation within Coupa.
• Experience in Coupa Risk Assess, Spend Guard, and Risk Assessments .
• Certification in Coupa Platform Administration or Technical Integration .
