Job summary

Clearsulting in India is seeking a Kyriba Implementation Senior Analyst to drive end-to-end treasury tech projects remotely. You will gather requirements, design solutions, implement Kyriba, lead configurations, train clients and ensure on-time delivery.

You bring 3+ years in professional services, 1+ year Kyriba/TMS implementation, and strong project management. Work Mon–Fri, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm IST; salary up to 32 LPA with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 1+ year of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Strong project management with workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the full scope of system implementation activities, including requirements gathering, designing solutions, building interfaces, testing, training, and deployment.
• Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, address escalations autonomously, and identify additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.

Kyriba Implementation Senior Analyst

Location

• India – 100% remote
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9‑hour shift, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm IST

What You'll Do

• Assist in driving the full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product.
• Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 1+ year of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Strong project management experience, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience driving strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes.
• 1+ Kyriba certification and/or implementation of these systems.
• Experience providing TMS subject‑matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.
• Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Additional Information

• This role is full‑time and will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR). The name of the EOR is DEEL. Clearsulting will direct day‑to‑day responsibilities, while DEEL will serve as the legal employer and handle all administrative employment responsibilities, including payroll, statutory benefits, and compliance.

The compensation range for this position is $21-32 LPA. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
