Kyndryl is inviting applications for the Technical Support Apprentice role for students graduating in 2026. Candidates pursuing BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science & Circuit Branches), or B.Com (with at least one computer course) are eligible. The apprenticeship offers a monthly stipend of ₹20,500 during the 12‑month period.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completing one of the following degrees: BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science & Circuit Branches), B.Com (with at least one computer course)
• Graduating in June–July 2026 (Batch 2026)
• Minimum 65% throughout undergraduate studies
• Freshers only

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level‑1 technical support for hardware, software, and IT services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Office 365, Outlook, networking, VMware, and collaboration tools.
• Handle password resets, entitlement verification, and incident logging through ticketing systems.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher support teams.
• Monitor service outages and communicate status updates.
• Maintain software license and hardware inventory records.
• Meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs while delivering excellent customer support.
• Participate in immersive learning programs, mentorship sessions, and real‑world client projects.
