Arrow Electronics in Bengaluru is offering an Apprentice-IT Support program designed to bridge college and corporate life. Fresh graduates (non-technical) who pass out in 2026 are invited to apply for a one-year apprenticeship with supervision and hands-on tasks.

You will communicate professionally in English, learn basic IT support tasks, and have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance. The program includes stipend, leave benefits, and insurance.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduate (non-technical) with 2026 pass-out.
• Apprentice program for 1 year, extendable/converted as FTE subject to performance & availability of roles
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity since role require regular exchange of communication.
• Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
• Committed and willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player
• Good to have Knowledge on MS Office : Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
