Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in ed-tech, training institute, or skilling organization is preferred.
• Good understanding of tech roles (Software Developer, Data Analyst, AI/ML, Solutions Engineer, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end placement activities for trained FDE learners.
• Identify and onboard new hiring partners across IT companies, startups, and product/services firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, TA teams, engineering managers, and founders.
• Understand employer hiring needs and map them to FDE learners.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding between employers and learners.
• Collaborate with training team to align learners' skills with industry requirements.
• Organize hiring drives and recruitment events (virtual and offline).
• Track placement data, hiring trends, and employer feedback.
• Maintain CRM and placement trackers, share weekly pipeline and placement report.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Partnerships Associate to lead employer onboarding and placement initiatives for FDE Academys Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) training programs. The candidate will be responsible for driving placements of our trained FDEs in the market, building strong corporate hiring partnerships, and managing placement operations from our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end placement activities for trained FDE learners.
• Identify and onboard new hiring partners across IT companies, startups, and product and services firms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, engineering managers, and founders.
• Understand employer hiring needs (roles, skills, timelines) and match them to FDE learners.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding between employers and learners.
• Collaborate with the training team to align learners skills with industry requirements.
• Organize hiring drives and recruitment events (virtual and offline).
• Track placement data, hiring trends, and employer feedback.
• Maintain the CRM and placement trackers, and share a weekly pipeline and placement report.
• Work closely with internal teams (Program, Training) for smooth execution.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in tech placements, corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or business development, preferably in ed-tech.
• Technical background (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent) or hands‑on experience handling tech placements.
• Experience working in an ed-tech company, training institute, or skilling organization.
• Good understanding of tech roles (Software Developer, Data Analyst, AI/ML, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA / PGDM, or related field. Or someone who has handled tech placements or ed-tech placements.
• Exposure to FDE, solutions engineering, or customer‑fac​ing engineering roles.
