This field-based role involves meeting doctors, hospital staff, and expectant parents to promote stem cell banking services and enroll families. Fresh grads or professionals with 0–4 years of experience in Life Sciences, biotech, business, or healthcare sales are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate or Experienced (0–4 Years) in Life Sciences, Biotech, Business, or Healthcare Sales is a plus.
• Natural Communicator with strong interpersonal skills and consultative sales approach.
• High energy, persistent, and eager to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Build Medical Partnerships: Connect with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, and hospital staff to promote LifeCell’s stem cell banking services.
• Counsel Expectant Parents: Conduct engaging presentations to educate parents and convert leads into enrollments.
• Drive Key Accounts: Partner with maternity hospitals and birthing centers to execute brand events/activations.
• Deliver End-to-End Service: Manage sample collection kit deliveries, coordinate with paramedics, handle collections, and build referral networks.
• Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve monthly target enrollments and monitor market trends.

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Freshers & Early Career Professionals to join our BioBank team as Executive Customer Relationship / Key Account Executive. What Youll Do

• Build Medical Partnerships: Connect monthly with top Gynecologists, Obstetricians, and hospital staff to promote LifeCell’s stem cell banking services.


• Counsel Expectant Parents: Conduct engaging, one-on-one presentations (in hospitals, offices, or homes) to educate parents and convert leads into enrollments.


• Drive Key Accounts: Partner with maternity hospitals and birthing centers to execute 4+ monthly brand events/activations.


• Deliver End-to-End Service: Manage sample collection kit deliveries, coordinate with paramedics during childbirth, handle collections, and build strong referral networks.


• Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve monthly target enrollments while capturing market trends to keep us ahead of the competition.

Who You Are

• Fresh Graduate or Experienced (0–4 Years): Background in Life Sciences, Biotech, Business (BBA/MBA), or Healthcare Sales is a plus.


• Natural Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, consultative approach to sales.


• Goal-Oriented: High energy, persistent, and eager to smash monthly incentive targets.
