Role :- EDF Kafka Developer

Experience:- 4-10 years

Location:- Pune, Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set:-

• Strong hands-on experience in Apache Kafka and Confluent Kafka platform.
• Proficiency in Java development for building streaming applications and microservices.
• Experience in event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, SNS, SQS, etc.) for deployment and integration.
• Experience in Kafka topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and stream processing (Kafka Streams).
• Knowledge of message serialization formats such as JSON, Avro.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment automation.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault-tolerant design.

Must-Have

• Strong development experience in Apache Kafka / Confluent Kafka ecosystem.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java.
• Experience in designing and implementing real-time streaming solutions.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in AWS cloud services (EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda)
• Exposure to Kafka monitoring tools (Confluent Control Center, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience in banking/financial domain systems.
