Job summary

SUN PHARMA is seeking an experienced maintenance operator with a background in ITI/ Diploma to support the manufacturing line. The role emphasizes cleaning, operation, maintenance, and rigorous GMP documentation to ensure compliant production.

The candidate will train junior staff, help standardize production tasks, and drive quality improvements while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of machines in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP norms and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean, operate and maintain the machine and related documentation.
• Maintain GMP documents such as equipment logbooks and monitoring records.
• Train sub-ordinates and manpower to meet GMP compliance and production goals.
• Assist subordinates in standardizing production activities to improve efficiency and product quality.

1. Overall responsible for cleaning, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION.


2. Maintaining the GMP documents like equipment logbooks, records of physical monitoring and housekeeping records.


3. Training the subordinates and manpower to meet the organizational goals and achieve GMP compliance


4. Help the subordinates into standardize production activities to achieve better efficiency and product quality
