Job summary

SUN PHARMA is seeking a Diploma/ITI qualified engineer with 3+ years of experience to oversee water system maintenance and quality-related documentation. The role requires coordinating with QA, QE, Production and Purchase to ensure timely actions and documentation compliance.

The incumbent will manage BMS monitoring, engage with manufacturers for remedial actions, and participate in qualification activities and investigations, ensuring SOP-based practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI with 3+ years of experience.
• Authorized to sign as a doer and manage engineering GMP documents.
• Experience in handling qualification documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of Water system.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Coordinate with QA, QE, Production and Purchase.
• Ensure availability of spares for critical equipment.
• Participate in Qualification activities and approve Qualification documents.
• Handle and monitor BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiation and closing of QMS Documents.
• Maintain documents as per SOP and perform other assigned tasks.

• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Qualification Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of Watersystem.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
