Job summary

Momentive in Chennai is seeking a Junior Team Member- Manufacturing to support daily shop floor operations, align with production plans and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality teams, follow SOPs and MES, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing within a global advanced materials company.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology required.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules.
