Job summary

Henkel in Bengaluru, India, seeks an SAP Basis & Authorization specialist to support transformation of Henkel SAP systems and drive custom code strategy across global teams. You will define development standards and ensure adherence, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable SAP solutions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in SAP Basis & Authorization and the ability to operate in an international environment, contributing to Henkel's global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP basis & authorization with ABAP Test Cockpit.

About position:

The SAP Basis and Authorization team is part of Henkel’s Value Chain Platform, supporting efficient business operations through strong SAP expertise. The team focuses on SAP development governance, custom code management, and S/4HANA conversion projects, while promoting collaboration, teamwork, and continuous development

What you’ll do:

• Participate in transformation of Henkel SAP systems
• Contribute to shaping and driving Custom Code Strategy of Henkel
• Define development standards and contribute to monitoring the adherence to the standards
• Manage global demands and alignment with stakeholders, offering strong technical knowledge in area of SAP Basis & Authorization Development.
• Contribute with your knowledge and experience to enable smooth and stable Henkel business operations worldwide
• Support solution design and deliver state of the art solutions
• Act as a role model for other peers and colleagues in international environment
