Job summary

Henkel Bengaluru AP0 team is seeking an experienced APO professional to drive SAP IBP governance and custom code governance. You will shape the Custom Code Strategy, help define and enforce development standards, and manage global demands across stakeholders to ensure stable Henkel business operations worldwide.

You will contribute your SAP technology insights and upgrade-aware mindset to deliver state-of-the-art solutions and act as a role model in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as APO with SAP IBP is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with global teams and bridging communication.
• General insight into various SAP technologies.
• Upgrade stable and cloud-ready development principles.
• Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.

Job description

About position:

The APO team supports Henkel’s planning organization by managing custom code and SAP development governance. The team focuses on SAP IBP governance, developer governance, and decommissioning unused code, while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.

• Participate in transformation of Henkel APO systems
• Contribute to shaping and driving Custom Code Strategy of Henkel
• Define development standards and contribute to monitoring the adherence to the standards
• Manage global demands and alignment with stakeholders
• Contribute with your knowledge and experience to enable smooth and stable Henkel business operations worldwide
• Support solution design and deliver state of the art solutions Act as a role model for other peers and colleagues in international environment
