Job summary

Henkel is seeking a project lead/SME to manage small to mid-size global projects, drive process improvements, and design scalable IT solutions. You will ensure system stability, security, and robust application management through ITIL practices.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and technical acumen in a multinational setting. The candidate should bring 5+ years as an IT consultant, with formal IT education, and knowledge of OTM, SAP S/4, Azure DevOps, and AI platforms.

• Bachelor and Master in IT or closely related area
• Excellent communication and collaboration in an international environment
• Mandatory knowledge: OTM functional and technical
• Appreciated knowledge: SAP R3/S4 (SD, LE, TM); MS Azure DevOps; AI platforms (Oracle, SAP Joule, MS Azure)

Job description

A person will be responsible for managing small to mid-size global projects as a project lead or subject matter expert, continuously improving business processes and solutions, and ensure system stability, security, and effective application management through strong technical, ITIL, and stakeholder management skills.

• Projects: Manage small to mid-size global projects and contribute as a sub-project lead or subject matter expert.
• Enhancements: Improve business processes, design solutions, and consult stakeholders to address evolving business needs.
• Maintenance & Application Management:
• Ensure system stability and security through ITIL knowledge, IT security standards, strong technical expertise, and continuous learning.

• Minium 5 years working experience as IT consultant (far beyond 1st or 2nd level support agent)
• Bachelor and Master in IT or closely related area
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills in an international multi-cultural environment
