Job summary

Talent Sketchers in Talegaon-Dabhade (Pune) is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer for healthcare-focused implementations. Design and build scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Work from office with 1+ year of experience; first round interview will be conducted virtually. Engage across Health Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud while aligning with patient journeys and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Health Cloud, multi-cloud design and healthcare data models.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Able to translate business requirements into technical designs in an Agile setup (Jira/Confluence).
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Custom Development: design and build scalable Apex, Triggers, asynchronous processing and LWC.
• Multi-Cloud Implementation across Health, Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Map patient journeys, care plans, and provider networks within Health Cloud linked to sales funnels.
• System Integration: connect Salesforce with external healthcare apps via APIs and middleware.
• Technical Leadership: perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• DevOps & Release Management: own CI/CD pipelines with Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and build complex, scalable solutions using advanced Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Multi-Cloud Implementation: Design, customize, and maintain end-to-end workflows across Health, Sales, Service and Experience (Community) Cloud.
• Clinical & Commercial Workflows: Map patient journeys, care plans, and provider networks (Health Cloud) while seamlessly linking them to core sales funnels and support centers.
• System Integration: Securely connect Salesforce with external healthcare applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards.
• DevOps & Release Management: Own the CI/CD pipeline deployment processes using Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

• Salesforce Multi-Cloud Expertise: Hands-on development experience across:
• Health Cloud: Patient/Member data models, clinical timelines, and care management.
• Sales & Service Cloud: Lead-to-cash pipelines, opportunity management, case routing, and omni-channel support.

• Salesforce Architecture: Deep expertise in Governor Limits optimization, advanced sharing/security models, and large data volumes (LDV).
• Healthcare Domain: Strong background in Healthcare compliance (HIPAA), electronic health records data structures, and patient/provider workflows.
• Modern Web Development: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and modern framework design patterns.
• Agile Integration: Proven experience translating complex business requirements into technical design documents within an Agile environment (Jira/Confluence).
