Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound research project for a temporary period, purely on contractual basis as per the following details, in the School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC) at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, T.N, India.

Title of the Project: “Potential of SLM fabricated and heat‑treated Haynes 282 alloy for high temperature loading conditions”.

Qualification:

• Minimum requirement: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Engineering/Materials and Metallurgical Engineering with a valid GATE score.
• Desirable: M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Engineering/Materials and Metallurgical Engineering with a valid GATE score.

Sponsoring Agency:
