Job summary

Beround Group is seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, test and optimize prompts for AI and LLM applications. The role emphasizes delivering accurate, reliable, and consistent AI workflows aligned with business requirements.

You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on Generative AI trends, prompt techniques, and benchmarking to improve output quality across models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, AI/ML or a closely related role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLMs.
• Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini or similar LLMs.
• Familiar with prompt techniques: Zero-shot prompting, Few-shot prompting, Chain-of-thought prompting, Role-based prompting, Structured output prompting, Context engineering.
• Experience with RAG and AI-based workflows preferred.
• Understanding of APIs and AI integrations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to test, evaluate and continuously improve AI outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Design, develop and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Create structured prompts for different business use cases and workflows.
