Job summary

Pillar Group in Bangalore, KA is seeking a Junior Product professional to own a defined part of a product from discovery to release. You will write clear requirements with design and engineering, and talk to customers to understand their needs.

You will also run sprint planning, track progress, remove blockers and measure what was shipped, feeding insights back to the team to drive improvements. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Up to two years in product, analytics, consulting or a related role.
• Structured thinking, and the ability to explain it simply.
• Comfort with data and basic SQL or analytics tools.
• Genuine curiosity about customers and technology.
