Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Junior Officer/Officer - Process for its Kandla site to manage the shift activity of the 800 TPD physical refinery and 600 TPD fractionation operations.

You will operate the palm refinery process, monitor olein yield and cold stability, and run the deodorization system while minimizing downtime and optimizing chemical and utilities usage. Safety and quality adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in chemical or mechanical fields or B.Sc in chemical.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in refinery/chemical processing.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the palm refinery process and process parameters.
• Monitor fractionation with focus on olein yield and cold stability.
• Operate continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
• Minimize downtime and optimize chemical and utility consumption.

Role Purpose Statement: To maintain the shift activity for 800 TPD physical refinery plant operations and 600 TPD fractionation process.

Main Accountabilities:
To operate the palm refinery process and process parameters.
To monitor fractionation process with key focus on the olein yield, cold stability.
To operate continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
To Minimize the down time.
To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
To prioritize the safety measure.
To maintain the quality parameters of processing
