Job summary

Bunge is seeking a JUNIOR OFFICER/OFFICER - PROCESS for its edible oil refinery and fractionation operations in Kandla, Gujarat (India). The role manages shift activity for a 800 TPD refinery and 600 TPD fractionation, focusing on safe operation, process optimization, and quality control across multiple units.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience and ITI/Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical or a BSc (Chemical).

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

To operate the palm refinery process and process parameters.
To monitor fractionation process with key focus on the olein yield, cold stability.
To operate continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
To Minimize the down time.
To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
To prioritize the safety measure.
To maintain the quality parameters of processing.

Role Purpose Statement:

To maintain the shift activity for 800 TPD physical refinery plant operations and 600 TPD fractionation process.

Main Accountabilities:

To operate the palm refinery process and process parameters.

Technical:

Processing of edible oil refinery, physical refining & fractionation

Education & Experience
