Job summary

Tetra Pak in India is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will support production processes with a focus on safety and efficiency, following SOPs and work instructions.

You should have a Diploma or Degree with 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry, and familiarity with WCM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. We offer global opportunities, training, and a culture of innovation.

• Knowledge of assembly processes
• Exposure to quality audits and Lean tools (5S/Kaizen/Six Sigma)

Responsibilities

• Follow production process requirements with safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to SOPs and working instructions.
• Perform in-process checks against quality requirements.
• Rework labor work sheets and submit.
• Participate in daily improvement activities.
• Participate in multiskill training.

• 1. In accordance with the requirements of production process and work order:With safety, efficiency in production
• 2. In strict accordance with the SOP/working instructions
• 3. Perform in process check according to quality requirements
• 4. Rework the labor work sheets and submit
• 5. To participate in the activities of daily improvement
• 6. To participate in multiskill training

We believe you have

• Diploma / Degree with 3-6 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing in food industry or similar industry
• Experience in WCM
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in areas as assembly
• Exposure to Quality Audit, Lean manufacturing, 5S,Kaizen, Six sigma or the equivalent
