Integrated Institute Of Facility Management (IIFM) seeks an entry‑level Mechanical Design Engineer to support HVAC design and maintenance projects in Chennai. You will work with AHU/FCU/CSU/PAHU systems, Chiller setups, and preventive maintenance activities.

Fresh graduates with a degree in mechanical or automobile engineering are encouraged to apply; the role is based in Tambaram/Chennai and offers hands‑on exposure to HVAC O&M and system troubleshooting.

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
