Position- Junior Marketing Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Days: 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:30 PM)

Position Overview

As a Junior Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to gather relevant information about customers and document it accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in our email marketing campaign, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database, ensuring that the information collected is complete, accurate, and easily accessible for various business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Customer Information Collection: Conduct research and gather data from external sources, including public records, websites, and social media platforms.
• Email Marketing Campaign: After collection of customer data, start with email marketing campaign.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter customer information into databases, or other relevant software applications. Organize and maintain customer data in a structured and easily searchable manner. Regularly update and verify customer records to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Share the data with US team and get their feedbacks.
• Reporting and Analysis Support: Assist in generating reports and summaries on customer information for management and other stakeholders. Support data analysis efforts by providing accurate and relevant customer data as required. Contribute to the development of standardized reporting templates and dashboards.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain documentation of data collection processes, guidelines, and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection and documentation processes.

Qualification

3. 3. Experience: Min 1 year relevant experience.
4. 4. Proficiency in using database systems, Microsoft Excel, CRM software, Sales engagement platform like Hubspot Software and other relevant tools.

7. 7. Good Knowledge of marketing and generating lead with International Customers. Awareness of CNC workshop knowledge is useful.
