Scope:

Overseeing and optimizing logistics flows to ensure operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing logistics processes.
• Handle logistics-related documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Track and monitor transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze logistics data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Update transport price, customs duty and payment reference systems.
• Insure the monitoring process of on‑time delivery by stage and by order.
• Support the operational team in reporting time overrun alerts.
• Support process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
• Align actual transport and ensure minimum container fill rates.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Verify and enter transport invoices into SAP.
• Process quotation and customs duty requests.
• Supervise and manage loading check operations.
