Qualifications

• Effective communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in the Pune District. The Junior Interior Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts for luxury residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, preparing mood boards and presentations, coordinating FF&E selections from Spazio Living’s collections, and helping translate design concepts into detailed drawings and layouts. The role also involves collaborating with sales and showroom teams, attending client meetings, documenting requirements, and ensuring design solutions are aligned with brand standards and client expectations. The Junior Interior Designer will be expected to maintain accurate project documentation, meet timelines, and contribute to a polished, client-ready showroom environment.
Qualifications

• Should have a degree in Architecture BArch ot Equivalent.Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and commercial interiors.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to support design documentation and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories tailored to luxury projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to interpret and present design concepts clearly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Interest or prior exposure to luxury interiors, premium furniture brands, and showroom-based design work is an advantage.
