Job summary

CareRevenue in India is seeking an entry-level candidate to support US healthcare billing and revenue cycle management. Training will cover US healthcare, US dental industry, and claim submission using billing software.

The role welcomes students with backlogs; you will perform data entry, follow-ups, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues during the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on US healthcare, US Dental industry, and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Create and submit healthcare insurance claims using billing software with accurate information.
• Conduct timely follow-ups using claims handling systems and maintain logs of claim progress.
• Perform data entry and verify claim information to identify and resolve coding errors prior to submission.
• Manage escalated complaints and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Previous experience working with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
• Must be comfortable working the designated shift time of 4 PM to 1 AM.
• Students with active backlogs are eligible and encouraged to apply.

Education Requirements

The role is open to students, including those with current backlogs, indicating that a completed degree is not a strict requirement.
