Responsibilities

• Convert reference images, photographs, datasheets and 2D drawings of equipment into accurate, clean 3D models.
• Convert architectural floor plans and building layouts into clean 2D vector plans and simple extruded 3D floor/building models.
• Support the senior designer in producing dashboard graphics, UI icons, infographics and illustrations.
• Assist with marketing collateral such as social media creatives, banners, brochures and presentation decks.
• Produce simple renders, turntables and short animations of modelled equipment for product demos.
• Follow brand guidelines for typography, colour and visual style across all digital and print output.
• Work with developers to test exported assets and fix issues related to scale, orientation, pivot points, materials or file size.
• Manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and keep work files organised and version-controlled.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internship or freelance work. The role combines everyday graphic design work with a strong focus on converting reference images, photographs, product shots, catalogue drawings and floor plans into clean 2D vector artwork and lightweight 3D models. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, hands-on exposure to Blender, and a genuine interest in 3D modelling, texturing and web-optimised asset delivery (glTF/GLB). A willingness to learn and to act on design feedback matters more than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert reference images, photographs, datasheets and 2D drawings of equipment (chillers, AHUs, pumps, panels, meters, sensors, lighting fixtures) into accurate, clean 3D models.
• Convert architectural floor plans and building layouts into clean 2D vector plans and simple extruded 3D floor/building models.
• Support the senior designer in producing dashboard graphics, UI icons, infographics and illustrations.
• Assist with marketing collateral such as social media creatives, banners, brochures and presentation decks.

Tools & Software (Required):

• Adobe Illustrator vector illustration, image trace, icons, 2D equipment symbols and floor plans.
• Adobe Photoshop image cleanup, background removal, retouching and texture preparation.
• Blender primary 3D tool: modelling, modifiers, UV unwrapping, materials, baking, lighting, rendering (Cycles/EEVEE) and glTF/GLB export.
• Figma UI design, component libraries and developer handoff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design or 3D modelling, including internships, freelance or academic project work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Hands-on exposure to Blender, including basic modelling, UV unwrapping, materials and exporting.
• Ability to interpret a reference image or drawing and rebuild it accurately to correct proportion and scale.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography and layout fundamentals.
• A portfolio demonstrating 2D design work and at least a few 3D models or renders (college and personal projects are acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to receive and act on design feedback.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
