Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Hosur. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collaterals, presentations, social media graphics, and internal documents. Responsibilities include developing layouts, selecting colors and typography, preparing logo variations, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate technical and engineering concepts into clear, engaging designs. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist in refining design drafts based on feedback, preparing production‑ready files, and organizing design assets and libraries.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually appealing layouts & Images for website.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and consistency.
• Good understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar tools).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow brand and design guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Prior internship or project experience in a design role, preferably within an industrial or B2B context, is an advantage.
