You will design scalable systems, implement secure APIs, and build reactive UIs with React.js. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential as you contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Position: Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Junior Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end project development from architecture design and database modeling to backend API development and frontend implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in MERN Stack, with hands-on experience in scalable system design, modern ORM technologies, and secure API development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable application architecture independently.
• Perform database design, schema modeling, and optimization using modern ORM technologies.
• Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs following MVC architecture principles.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
• Implement effective state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Handle deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Maintain proper documentation of architecture, APIs, and workflows.

Skills and Competencies Required:

Backend

• Strong expertise in Node.js (5+ years mandatory).
• Experience with MVC architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of modern ORM technologies (e.g., Prisma, Sequalae, Type ORM).
• Database design experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• Knowledge of API security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption, rate limiting).
• Experience in writing optimized queries and performance tuning.
• Basic working knowledge of Python (preferred).

Frontend

• Strong experience in React.js (4+ years mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Experience with Next.js for SSR/SEO-based applications.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Architecture & DevOps

• Ability to independently design system architecture.
• Understanding microservices and monolithic architectures.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis).
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
• Understanding of performance monitoring and logging tools.
