Adecco India is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Bangalore (Indiranagar) to independently handle end-to-end project development from architecture to frontend.

The role requires strong MERN expertise, with hands-on experience in scalable systems, ORM technologies, and secure API development. You will design, build, test, and deploy robust applications while mentoring juniors.

Formación

• Strong expertise in Node.js (5+ years mandatory).
• Experience with MVC architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of modern ORM technologies (e.g., Prisma, Sequalae, Type ORM).
• Database design experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• Knowledge of API security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption, rate limiting).

• Knowledge of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Ability to independently design system architecture.
• Understanding microservices and monolithic architectures.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis).
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in MERN Stack, with hands‑on experience in scalable system design, modern ORM technologies, and secure API development.
